I started my journey as a recruiter in 2018 following the successful completion of a business management degree in Sheffield.

Just months into my first role I had started to gain experience in supporting and training recruiters, having the chance to develop my recruiting skills, people management skills and professionalism.

I gained experience recruiting within the mechanical handling industry and delved into more technical roles over the past year.

Now, I am delighted to work for Stride as a recruitment consultant, picking up more and more knowledge of insurance as I go
