Servicing Account Executive (to look after a book of business)
East Midlands
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain the relationship with existing clients
- Establish a client renewal strategy
- Ensure that clients are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given
- Liaise with internal Account Handlers and Claims Handlers
- To take ownership of client accounts, resolving queries and problems in a timely and efficient manner to avoid credit control, bad debt and insurer reconciliation issues
- Follow the companies policy on Treating Customers Fairly
- Recognise opportunities to cross-sell products
- Maintain professional competence in line with company procedures

- Good level of technical insurance skills and understanding

- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
