The role sits within the commercial team within the Manchester office, leading five underwriters to work with key broker accounts - typically consolidators, nationals and networks - the company are looking to grow and develop this part of the business.

• You'll work at a team lead level, managing a small team of underwriters, challenging their thinking and influencing their underwriting strategy.

• You'll have a solid technical underwriting background as well as some team leader experience or people management experience.
