What is the role?

• Managing a portfolio of commercial based across the UK.
• Developing good working relationships with clients and delivering high levels of customer service.
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with insurers.
• Developing a thorough understanding of clients businesses.
• Liaising with insurers to complete mid term adjustments.
• Preparation of renewal reports.
• Undertaking and managing broking exercises with the insurance market.

About the successful candidate...

• Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance.
• Ideally candidates will be able to develop good working relationships with clients and delivering high levels of customer service.
• You will be comfortable dealing with clients over the phone and via email.
• You will have experience working with compliance and procedures.
• The successful candidate will be well organised, used to working to deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• In addition to insurance knowledge, you will be a strong administrator with good IT skills.
• Passionate about offering all clients exceptional levels of service.
• The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be adept at forming successful external and internal relationships at all levels.
