Our Client is an Insurance Broker specialising in Commercial Insurance solutions for the rural and farming community.
The role
- The Client Manager will manage a book of business of existing clients and develop a pipeline of new business.
- Obtain renewal terms for Clients and advise on potential alternatives
- Build good working relationships with Clients.
- Ensure you are working in line with FCA rules and regulations.
- To generate revenue for the business and ensure a quality service is provided to all Clients in accordance with their needs and requirements.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of farming, rural or agricultural insurance.
- The Client Manager will have experience of dealing with clients on a face to face basis.
- Building strong and sustainable working relationships
- Good delegation skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Confident and expert communicator
- Self-managing and able to organise own workload.
- Effective diary management.
