**The Role:**
- Take the lead on managing policy renewals, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate service.
- Handle new business quotes with efficiency and precision, contributing to the branch's growth.
- Process Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs) with attention to detail, maintaining the integrity of client policies.
- Respond to day-to-day enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice.

**Criteria for Success:**
- Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a track record of handling a variety of accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- A customer-focused approach, prioritising client needs and establishing strong relationships.
- Cert CII qualification is desirable, or a commitment to work towards it.
