The role joins a market leader prepared to invest in staff development in a role with genuine scope for personal progression.
- A leading UK broking firm, one of the largest insurance employers in the North West, which is a major hub for the business.
- As New Business Broker You'll work with an experienced team of Account Executives, and regional management on all elements of broking and placement - advising clients, dealing with the market, contributing to the placement strategy and facilitating new business.
- There are no sales targets or cold calling, this is a mix of client and market facing work focused on broking and placement, dealing and building relationships with underwriters in the Manchester region.
- There is no ceiling to this role, as your knowledge, experience and profile grows, so too will your levels of responsibility. The role can grow into a senior market/broking role, or into a client facing role, depending on your ambition.
