PROPERTY PARALEGAL
We are currently looking to recruit a Property Paralegal for our client, a large law firm based in the hearty of Birmingham City Centre, who would be joining an expanding Recoveries Team.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have previous litigation experience of working within a claimant and recoveries team. Handling a case load of your own, you will be expected to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
Ideally you will have worked within the insurance sector as well as having a degree, but not essential.
Daily duties will include:-
- Drafting Court Documents
- Work within clear and concise plans to meet your clients needs
- Manage a Pre-Litigation / Litigation case load to settlement
- Perform legal research
- Keeping up to date with relevant Case Law
- Engage in negotiation
