PROPERTY LAWYER

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer, for our client, a well respected large law firm based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Working within a busy Commercial Property team, you will be tasked with helping the growth of the business through client generation, as well as given the scope to move into a supervisory role and take on the training an development of junior members of staff.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have worked within a similar Commercial Property role and be at least 4 years PQE.

Duties for this role include:-

• Management of legal documentation and correspondence with clients
• Investigate key facts in regards to active cases
• Prepare case plans and strategies
• Drafting of legal documents
• Attend court hearings to represent clients
• Conduct face to face meetings and interviews with prospective clients
• Prepare all necessary paperwork for court hearings
• Work as part of a team, referring cases to team manager or partners if the need arises
• Delegate work to trainee solicitors, paralegals and legal secretaries
• Check all documentation prior to signing and implementing
