Office near Brierley Hill – Hybrid Working
Your role:
An excellent opportunity to work for a large broking firm as a Broking Team Leader/Manager, leading a team of around 15 Account Handlers in their Commercial team.
This role will suit either an experienced Account Handler, a Senior Account Handler or a Broking Team Leader/Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a team of c.15 Commercial Account Handlers
- Conduct regular one-to-ones and team meetings
- Utilise data to ensure accurate performance management
- Empower the team with knowledge of the products and policies
We’re looking for:
- Experience of working in Commercial Insurance
- An individual committed to cultivating an excellent team ethos
- Insurance industry qualifications are advantageous but not essential
