What is the role?
- As part of our ongoing success, we are now looking to recruit a experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Account Handler / Account Manager
- Responsibility for Renewals and Midterm adjustments with a wide range of clients.
- Working with a diverse UK domiciled corporate client base on varied and complex risks
- Working in partnership with an experienced Account Director
- Conducting programme reviews and other client facing meetings throughout the UK
- Responsibility for contract negotiation and retention targets
- Hands on development of Account portfolio of personal business, maximising cross selling and up selling opportunities
- Passionate about offering all clients exceptional levels of service
- We design bespoke combined packages for clients with outstanding levels of market support.
- The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be adept at forming successful external and internal relationships at all levels
What are we looking for?
- Successful candidates will have a strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and sectors
- Whilst not essential, Insurance diploma and/or other qualifications (or work towards) would be welcome
- This position would suit a self-motivated candidate comfortable working on their own to deadlines
- Exposure to large insurance programmes with multiple policies would be welcome
- Whilst exposure to the commercial insurance broking sector would be of interest we are open to applications from candidates with a genuine desire to transform their career from any competitive commercial insurance sector
- You will have strong personal organisation and time management skills
