Your role:
As an Account Handler / Insurance Broker working for a well-established national brokerage you will be responsible for a handling a dedicated book of clients, managing client interaction for renewals, mid-term adjustments and more.
This role would suit an individual with commercial insurance experience from any background (Account Handler, Client Advisor, Insurance Advisor, Insurance Broker, Insurance Consultant, etc.)
What you'll be doing:
- Handling a book of (primarily SME) clientswith new business, renewals and MTAs
- Deliver an efficient and professional service to both clients and insurers, ensuring all activity is accurate and compliant
- Support Account Executives as required with client servicing and administrative duties
- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of renewal quotations
- Provide support for new business enquiries
We're looking for:
- Experience withcommercial insuranceproducts(ideally within an Account Handler role)
- Acturis experience is desirable, but not essential
