PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT HANDLER

A rare opportunity has arisen within our client, a well respected Independent Insurance Brokers based in Bristol, for a Personal Lines Account Handler.

The role is for an experienced Account Handler or Client Advisor to join the Personal Lines Insurance team, which is an exciting, fast paced team, working with High Net Worth individuals throughout the Worcestershire region.

You will be offering support and dealing with Renewals for a large book of business, a mixture of Personal Lines and also small Commercial Property policies. You will also be responsible for handling midterm adjustments, as well as offering exceptional customer service to clients.

For this role, you will need to have recent experience of working within an Account Handler or Client Advisor role, dealing with Personal Lines Insurance products. Having recent knowledge of the Acturis system would be advantageous, as would gained your Cert CII qualification or be working towards this qualification.
