Senior Broker / Senior Technical Placement Broker

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Broker to join a highly respected national insurance brokerage. This role offers the chance to work on large corporate, complex, and multi-class placements while supporting a network of regional offices across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage placement of commercial and mid-corporate new business and renewals across an array of commercial risks.
• Negotiate directly with insurers to secure competitive terms and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Oversee tactical placement to ensure strong retention and consistent delivery standards.
• Engage with regional teams to develop new business pipelines and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as a trusted broker and technical expert, providing insight on complex and high-value cases.
• Identify and implement enhancements to products, pricing, and placement strategies.
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in a market-facing commercial insurance environment, gained with a major insurer or broker.
• Ideally Dip CII qualified (or working towards).
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial lines
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
