You'll join a thriving, Bristol based independent insurance broker as Account Executive, managing a stable client account and acting as a senior member of the team

As Account Executive, you will:

• Manage an established commercial client base, the role is created by growth and you'll be inheriting them from colleagues who remain in the business, so you won't be fire fighting from day one.
• You'll be a senior member of a growing team - to describe this firm as progressive is an understatement, and better still its all based on ethical trading and treating clients and staff the right way.
• Enjoy an empowered, grown up working culture where you manage your own time. This includes remote/home working should you choose it.
• Appreciate the traditional approach to broking - you won't have new business targets or be required to 'prospect', new business tends to be a result of referral or reputation based enquires.

You:

• An experienced Account Executive, knowledgeable and able to confidently advise your clients on all aspects of commercial insurance.
• You'll be driven by service and quality, not by extra commission and you'll want to work for a truly independent firm with the same approach.
• CII qualifications are preferred, full support is available to further your studies.
