My client is looking for an experienced senior account handler to join their team in servicing commercial clients.

Job Specification

• Dealing with the clients day to day, answering the phone/dealing with emails, MTA's, Renewals, preparing and collating reports for clients, negotiating and collating renewal terms.
• Assist the account executives where necessary, the occasional client visit.
• Provide professional insurance advice focusing on all types of commercial insurance, including commercial combined, property owners, package, motor fleet, motor trade, - and exposure to cross classes travel/cyber/D&O/FL would be advantageous.
• Consistent high level of quality required, with major peaks of pressure and the need to adhere to minimum performance targets.

Personal Specification

• 5 years plus experience in all aspects of commercial insurance/ products
• Knowledge of personal lines and claims is advantageous but, not essential
• Be organised, confident, multi tasker, efficient, work under pressure, good on the phone, personable, confident and customer focused
• Knowledge and experience in using Acturis.
• Use of Insurer ETrade Platforms/Quotes/MTA's/Renewals
