Location - London (Hybrid working)

Elevate your career with a pioneering role in Errors & Omissions (E&O) underwriting at a multiple award-winning and highly respected specialist Managing General Agent (MGA). This esteemed organisation, renowned for its innovative approach and international presence, invites applications from astute professionals eager to make a significant impact in the world of underwriting.

As a key member of the underwriting team, the successful candidate will benefit from a dynamic hybrid working model, blending the best of both worlds - the collaboration and camaraderie of office life with the flexibility and comfort of working from home. This balance ensures that staff can thrive both professionally and personally.

The role calls for a candidate with a solid grounding in E&O underwriting, though individuals with professional indemnity (PI) experience are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, outstanding analytical skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and pricing E&O risks in line with the company's underwriting strategy and appetite.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with brokers and clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and services.
- Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in E&O or PI underwriting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Cert CII qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

In return, the MGA offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a commitment to professional development. This role is not just a job; it's a chance to join a community of experts dedicated to shaping the future of underwriting.
