  • Identify and act on new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring fair treatment of clients
  • Accurately maintain client records and service levels
  • Represent the business at trade events and industry functions

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial insurance executive role within the UK
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Solid technical knowledge of commercial insurance and Lloyd's markets
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
  • CII qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII) are preferred but not essential

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £70,000 + uncapped earnings based on income performance
  • Company car allowance
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Additional birthday/wellbeing day off
  • Pension contributions
  • Flexible hours and remote working when required
  • Paid wellbeing programme & healthcare product access
  • Life insurance
