Description

We're currently representing a top-tier, international insurance broker as they continue to grow their Corporate Division across the UK. Renowned for their sophisticated approach and strong global placement capabilities, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Account Executive to manage a portfolio of complex, high-value clients.

This is a strategic role for someone who understands the nuances of large corporate insurance programmes and wants to work in a highly credible, client-focused environment backed by global resources.

 

The Role:


  • Take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of sectors, typically with fee income ranging from £75k to £300k+.
  • Deliver high-quality service across renewals, programme design, strategic planning, and long-term account development.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships at senior stakeholder level - CFOs, FDs, and Risk Managers.
  • Collaborate with dedicated in-house broking, placement, and claims specialists to ensure client programmes are robust and well-delivered.
  • Identify areas for growth, cross-sell and up-sell where appropriate, and ensure retention is maintained at the highest level.

What They're Looking For:


  • A credible and experienced Corporate Account Executive with a strong track record managing large, complex commercial accounts.
  • Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of lines including property, casualty, D&O, and international programmes.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Someone who thrives in a client-led, quality-first environment and is driven by building long-term, value-led relationships.
  • ACII-qualified (or working towards) would be highly desirable, though not essential for the right experience level.
