What you'll do as Corporate Account Handler:
- Support a varied portfolio of corporate insurance clients from across the UK commercial and professional sectors
- Handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, adjustments and queries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare and issue insurance policy documents, ensuring compliance and clarity for clients
- Work closely with insurers, broking colleagues and other teams to deliver practical solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and use modern systems to track activity
- Build trusted relationships with clients, contributing to high service standards and retention
What you'll bring:
- Experience as commercial or corporate account handler
- Attention to detail and confidence working directly with clients and insurers
- Ability to use technology and systems as part of your daily work
