We're working with a well-known national insurance broker as they look to strengthen their presence in Lincolnshire with the addition of an experienced Commercial Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major player in the market, while inheriting a small but stable book of business (c. £120,000 in income) with real potential for development.
You'll be supported by a highly experienced local team, alongside wider regional and national resources, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships, delivering expert advice, and growing your portfolio.
The Role:
- Inherit a portfolio of commercial clients with consistent retention and growth potential.
- Deliver a high level of client service, managing renewals, cover reviews, and strategic insurance planning.
- Identify and develop opportunities for organic growth and referrals within your book.
- Work closely with the broking and support teams to ensure client service excellence.
- Contribute to the development of the Lincolnshire office's presence in the local market.
- While this isn't a cold new business role, you'll be encouraged to grow your portfolio over time, with the full backing of a respected national brand.

- Ideally local to Lincolnshire or the surrounding areas, with an understanding of the regional market.
