The Role

As a Broker Back-Up Technician, you'll provide essential technical support to brokers across a variety of classes of business. Your responsibilities will include:

  Preparing and issuing MRC slips, endorsements, LPANs, and related documentation

• 
  

  Processing risks and maintaining accurate records in line with compliance standards

• 
  

  Liaising with underwriters and clients to ensure smooth placement and servicing of risks

• 
  

  Assisting with renewals and supporting brokers with day-to-day administration

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Previous experience in a London Market / Lloyd's environment (essential)

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of MRC slips, endorsements, and other technical documentation

• 
  

  Confident communicator with great attention to detail

• 
  

  Ability to work to deadlines and support a busy broking team
