We are looking for an experienced commercial insurance individual to take over a book of business to the value of £300,000 income. If you are currently in an Account Executive role or a Commercial Account Handler looking to move up, then please get in touch.
The Company:
A well-respected Insurance Broker who have over 40 years of experience within the insurance industry are now looking for an Account Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Prepare reports, cover summaries, and ensure all documentation meets FCA standards
- Identify and act on new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring fair treatment of clients
- Accurately maintain client records and service levels
- Represent the business at trade events and industry functions
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a commercial insurance executive role within the UK or a Commercial Account Handler or Insurance Broker looking to progress.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Solid technical knowledge of commercial insurance and Lloyd's markets
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
- CII qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII) are preferred but not essential
