We're delighted to be working with a large, independent insurance broker based in Leamington Spa, who are looking to add an experienced Commercial Account Handler to their successful and expanding team.

The Role:

As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring a first-class service from start to finish. You'll work closely with Account Executives, handle renewals and mid-term adjustments, and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day client enquiries
• Preparing and issuing accurate policy documentation and reports
• Negotiating competitive terms and bespoke coverage with insurers
• Supporting Account Executives with client meetings and new business opportunities
• Maintaining compliance with FCA and company standards
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and underwriters

About You:

• Experience within a commercial insurance broking role
• Solid technical understanding of key commercial lines (property, liability, motor fleet, combined)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident negotiating with insurers and advising clients
• Experience using Acturis or similar broking systems (preferred)
• Cert CII qualified or working towards (full support provided)
