The Role:

As a Corporate Client Adviser, you'll manage and support a portfolio of high-value commercial clients, providing exceptional service and technical advice. You'll work closely with Account Executives, helping to deliver bespoke insurance solutions and build enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day client servicing

• 
  

  Preparing reports, renewal presentations, and policy documentation

• 
  

  Negotiating terms and placements with insurers for complex risks

• 
  

  Supporting Account Executives in client meetings and development activity

• 
  

  Identifying opportunities to enhance cover and grow accounts

• 
  

  Ensuring all activity complies with FCA and internal standards

• 
  

  Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

About You:

• 
  

  Experience in a corporate or commercial insurance broking role

• 
  

  Strong technical understanding of core commercial classes (property, liability, fleet, combined)

• 
  

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

• 
  

  Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

• 
  

  Ambitious and career-driven, keen to progress within a growing brokerage

• 
  

  Cert CII qualified or working towards (full support provided)

• 
  

  Experience using Acturis or similar broking systems advantageous
