We are a respected and growing insurance broker based in North London, seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handlerto join our team.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of commercial clients, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day enquiries across a range of business sectors. You'll work closely with Account Executives and insurers to deliver a high standard of service and ensure client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial insurance renewals and policy adjustments
Liaise with clients and insurers to provide tailored insurance solutions
Support Account Executives with client servicing
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in a commercial insurance broking role
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (SME to mid-market)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Cert CII qualified or working towards (preferred)
