Key Responsibilities

• The Commercial Account Executive will join an expanding team to take ownership of your own client portfolio.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction
• Proactively manage policy renewals to maximise retention
• Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and claims
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments
• Consistently achieve and exceed agreed performance targets

About You

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive with a successful track record of managing a client portfolio
• Strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market
• Passionate about delivering outstanding client service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using insurance CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for client meetings
