An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a highly regarded insurance broker, taking ownership of a well-established, high-quality book of business based out of their Watford office.
This role is ideally suited to a confident corporate Account Executive who enjoys managing long-standing client relationships while continuing to add value through advisory-led service and selective new business activity. The inherited portfolio is stable, profitable, and made up of mid to large corporate clients, providing a strong platform for long-term success.
The Role
Inherit and manage a substantial portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.
Act as the primary client lead, delivering strategic advice and high-touch service.
Work closely with experienced Account Handlers and specialist teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Identify cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities within the existing client base.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and insurers alike.
About You
Proven experience as an Account Executive within a corporate or mid-market broking environment.
Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance lines.
A relationship-led professional with excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
Ambitious, credible, and comfortable operating autonomously at a senior level.
The Offer
Salary between £65,000 - £80,000, dependent on experience.
