A well-established insurance broker in Cheltenham is looking to recruit an Account Handler to join its commercial insurance team.

This role is well suited to an experienced Account Handler or someone with solid commercial broking exposure looking for a stable position within a reputable brokerage.

The Role:

  Provide day-to-day support to Account Executives servicing commercial clients

• 
  

  Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations

• 
  

  Liaise with insurers to obtain and negotiate terms

• 
  

  Prepare policy documentation, renewals packs, and client correspondence

• 
  

  Maintain accurate records across internal systems and CRM platforms

The Ideal Candidate:

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler

• 
  

  Good knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes

• 
  

  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• 
  

  Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• 
  

  Able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
