This is a hands-on, varied role where your technical knowledge and attention to detail will genuinely make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business processing

  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and insurer submissions

  • Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive cover

  • Respond to client queries in a timely, professional manner

  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met

About You

  • Experience in a Commercial Account Handler or similar broking role

  • Good working knowledge of commercial insurance products

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Cert CII / working towards CII qualifications (desirable, not essential)

What's On Offer

  • £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary

  • Supportive, team-focused environment within a national brokerage

  • Exposure to a broad range of commercial risks and insurers

  • Clear development and progression opportunities

  • Hybrid working options

  • Professional, adult working culture

If you're looking for a stable, client-focused role with long-term progression and a respected brand behind you, this is well worth a conversation.
