The opportunity
- You'll join an established insurance business in Central London with a strong presence in real estate and access to the London market.
- This role is about handling and developing sophisticated client relationships across the real estate space, working with decision-makers who expect sharp advice, commercial thinking and confidence in front of the market.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of real estate clients
- Advise on programme structure, renewal strategy and market approach
- Negotiate with London market insurers to secure competitive and appropriate terms
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow and deepen existing accounts
- Work closely with internal broking, claims and servicing teams
- Deliver a high standard of technical and commercial advice throughout the client lifecycle
