Senior Clinical Negligence Insurance Claims Handler, Major Commercial Insurance broker, Liverpool

As a Senior Claims Handler, you will...

• Manage complex and varied case load of claims across the commercial market with a focus on clinical negligence

• Be the driving force behind the claims proposition delivery, working with colleagues on large client management innovations and customer satisfaction.
• Be the point of reference on technical challenges arising from complex claims relating to commercial and clinical clients.
• Be fully conversant with latest reporting and MI relating to claims and comfortable with reporting and analytics

You

• A Claims Handler, or potentially a claims technician with the skills and ambition to press on; you'll thrive in this role where you'll be empowered to offer an exceptional regional service.
• You'll have a strong commercial insurance knowledge and experience of the full claims process working for a broker, insurer or claims specialist.
• Your career to date will evidence exposure to and knowledge of financial lines
• A self-motivated and well organised professional with the ability to manage a significant personal case load
• Possibly Cert CII qualified or work towards with some experience of Claims reporting and analysis
• Ideally you will be a team player who enjoys working with colleagues to ensure clients complete satisfaction
• Some knowledge of Acturis whilst not essential would be welcome
