Claims Handler
Our client is a leading UK Broker who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to join their team in the Hitchin office.Throughout this role, you will be working alongside a team of experienced Brokers, Servicing the claims needs of their customers and providing high quality customer care and ensuring all issues relating to the claims process are dealt with proactively.Having or working towards your CII qualifications would be desirable.This role is more suited for somebody who is looking to take the next step up within their claims career.Other skills and attributes needed for this role are as follows:- Able to use own initiative
- Ability to work as a team player
- Practical working knowledge of current FCA regulations
- Experience of adhering to and maintaining systems and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult and influence at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

This role is based on hybrid working, and will require the successful candidate to work in the office at least 3 days a week.
