The Role

• Operate within the dynamic and fast paced environment of insurance claims
• Working closely with policy holders and Insurers to efficiently bring claims to a satisfactory conclusion
• Advise on the claims process and ensure all information is shared in a timely manner
• Working within a friendly and efficient team of claims professionals to deliver exceptional service to customers

The Candidate

• You are a committed and reliable individual with knowledge of the UK claims process and experience of working in that environment
• With a positive attitude and strong work ethic to deliver exceptional service to customers
• Keen to learn and development and carve out your own career within a fantastic staff centric employer
• You thrive working within a team environment and are confident engaging with both policyholder and Insurance Companies.
