- Manage a portfolio of HNW claims, ensuring a seamless and empathetic claims process

- Assess, evaluate, and negotiate claims, delivering fair outcomes

Skills & Experience:

- Proven track record in insurance claims handling, with a focus on HNW clients
- Strong understanding of the property insurance sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Adept at making informed decisions and negotiating settlements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CII) are highly regarded
