Internal promotion creates the opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead growth of the Cheshire office for this national insurance broking business - as the Branch Manager, you will be the cornerstone of a thriving branch, orchestrating the development of business strategies and fostering a culture of excellence. Your hands-on approach will not only manage internal operations but also actively engage with clients and prospects, ensuring the provision of top-tier service and the cultivation of enduring relationships.


The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in commercial insurance and come with either a proven track record of leading teams to exceed targets, or be able to demonstrate the skills required to step into management from a client facing role. Your strategic mindset and adeptness in business development will be matched by your ability to inspire and mentor your team, driving performance and professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily branch operations and drive business growth

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of account executives

  • Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention

  • Devise and implement effective strategies to attract new business

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

  • Proven leadership experience within the insurance sector

Rewards:



  • A base salary of between £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

  • Car allowance of c£6,000
