- Description
We are currently looking to recruit experienced Household Claims Handlers for our client, a large multinational Claims Adjusting company, based in the Salford Quays area of Manchester.
As a Household Claims Handler, you will be expected to handle a large volume of claims on a cradle to grave basis, offering exceptional customer service to our clients, and handling the claims in a timely and efficient manner.
You will need to have experience in working within a fast paced environment, handling household claims, ideally with an authority limit up to £10k. You will be expected to be able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own.
Having a Cert CII qualification would be desirable but not essential, as would having experience of Property Damage Claims.
