PRIVATE CLIENT MANAGER - NORTHERN REGION

We are working with a market leader in HNW & UHNW insurance who have been a trail blazer in creating a strong brand for this growing sector.

This is a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients and be the first line of contact for their insurance needs to find creative solutions to challenging scenarios. A chance to work closely with specialist Underwriters & Risk Managers to deliver truly bespoke propositions and insurance programmes that provide ultimate peace of mind.

THE ROLE


  • Building and enhancing both external and internal relationships Dealing with varied and wide ranging client contacts on a daily basis


  • Getting to know and understand our clients - becoming their go to person for insurance needs and ensuring we are focused on the right customer outcome.
  • Striving to bring in the right business, negotiating new business and renewal terms on dream homes, top end contents and unique collections
  • Going the extra mile when dealing with challenging situations, bringing the brand and values to life in every transaction
  • Monitoring the overall performance of the book and ensure action is taken to correct any performance issues
  • Ensuring client data security and privacy is maintained at all times

 THE CANDIDATE


  •  Great with people, able to build honest and effective relationships
  • Negotiation skills with all levels and types of client and experience of having dealt with non-standard risks
  • Experience of exceptional customer service and client management
  • Extraordinary communication skills with the ability to positively affect other people and to win business
  • Strong presentation skills to be able to pitch for business effectively and to influence decisions
  • Able to form strong relationships directly with our high net worth clients
  • Smart decision making when dealing with complex technical issues and ability to justify them even when facts are ambiguous and conflicting
  • Will regularly challenge convention, introduce 'non standard' business and able to take decisive action on loss making business
  • Demonstrable drive and energy to move self and business forward
