Overview
Our client is an Insurance Broker based in Leicester looking for an additional member of staff to provide first-class support to their commercial insurance clients.
The role
- As a Commercial Insurance Handler, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts, providing expert advice on insurance and financial products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- You will act as the key liaison between clients and insurance providers, negotiating terms and securing the best possible coverage for clients.
- As part of the role you will accompany Executives on Client visits to build and maintain strong relationships, address client needs and ensure high levels of service.
- Handle client issues and queries efficiently and provide effective solutions.

- The Commercial Insurance Handler will have previous experience in the insurance industry.
