Senior Risk Manager (H&S)

Midlands (Remote or Hybrid)

Salary £65,000 + car allowance

A broker that continues to grow organically and via strategic acquisitions is looking for a Senior Risk Management Consultant (Health & Safety).

The role:

• To provide insurance clients and standalone clients bespoke risk management and health & safety programmes. 
• To encourage clients to undertake reviews of their policies by educating them of the features and benefits of a risk management programme in a consultative and informative fashion.
• This is a varied and challenging role where no 2 days will be the same, one day you will be working with niche sectors such as fleet, care or education and the next will be high profile retail or restaurant chains alongside manufacturing and engineering clients.   
• You will deliver a range of services, including but not limited to: Fire Safety and Prevention, Fleet Management, Disaster recovery, Business Continuity and Surveys.
• You will also deliver bespoke and tailored training courses and presentations.  

The required skills:

• It is essential that you have experience in a Risk Management position gained within a broker or consultancy environment.
• It would add weight to your application if you have working knowledge of an array of different industry sectors.
• In addition, you will have achieved your chartered status as a Risk Practitioner or close to completion.
• It is imperative that you are confident, proactive and able to manage your time effectively and plan your own diary.

Benefits:

• Salary to £65,000 - £70,000, plus package

• Potential for equity as the Risk Management department grows.
