- The Company
 - We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global insurance organisation. They are seeking a Construction Claims Manager to join their London office. This is a senior role, dealing with complex, high-value, and often international construction losses, with a focus on Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Contractors' All Risk (CAR) insurance. - The Role
 - As Construction Claims Manager, you will be deployed on the most complex cases, providing technical expertise and supporting clients through challenging claims. Responsibilities include: 
 - Managing complex construction claims (EL, PL, CAR) from notification to settlement 
 - Acting as senior point of contact for clients on high-value and sensitive matters 
 - Negotiating with insurers and other stakeholders to achieve resolution 
 - Providing technical claims advice and ensuring clients are kept fully informed 
 - Producing accurate reports and maintaining claims records 
 - Supporting colleagues by sharing specialist knowledge and expertise 
 
 
 - About You
 
 - Strong experience handling construction-related claims, including EL, PL, and CAR 
 - Background in insurance or legal claims handling 
 - ACII qualification (or working towards) desirable 
 - Familiarity with CLASS and ECF systems an advantage 
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills 
 - Able to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and attention to detail
