An opportunity for a strategic Development Manager to elevate their career in this high profile role with a major global insurer. This role moves away from the transactional grind of broker visits, for broker visits sake; instead working with stakeholders at a senior level on high value, tactical partnerships.

Your role will be to drive growth at head office level within key insurance broker accounts, predominantly within the London market and South East of England, and there's a £6 figure package available to attract the right person, including a bonus amongst the best in the insurance market.

As Strategic Development Manager, you will:

• You'll work at strategic level with brokers, challenging their thinking and influencing their broking strategy in order to win high value business partnerships in the form of schemes, rollovers and deals - these will range from £250k to £5m+.
• The team is thriving; you'll have the momentum and as much as you could wish for in the form of infrastructure, MI, data and support in regard to underwriting, bespoke product design and broker service.
• The role has real visibility internally and is high profile within the market - it's an opportunity to kick on in your career.
