What is the role?

• Our client, a large commercial insurance broker based in Birmingham, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Claims Handler.
• As a Commercial Claims Handler, you will be expected to handle a large volume of claims on a cradle to grave basis, offering exceptional customer service to our clients, and handling the claims in a timely and efficient manner.
• You will work closely with our established team of Account Executives and Directors, and senior management.
• You will be responsible for MI and gathering data for reporting purposes.
• Possessing good attention to detail you will adhere to the group claims operations policy and ensure clients receive levels of service in lines with SLA's.

You

• Successful candidates will need to have experience of working within a fast-paced environment, handling commercial claims.
• You will be used to managing a personal portfolio of varied claims and working on a diverse mixture of clients across different market sectors.
• You will be expected to be able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own.
• You will demonstrate a good level of IT proficiency with knowledge of the MS Office suite of products.
• Having a Cert CII qualification would be desirable but not essential.
