Salary - Up to £90,000
Location - London
We are recruiting on behalf of a Global Insurance Broker to help find 2 account executives to specialise in the Real Estate sector. The role could be suitable for an account handler looking to step into an Account Executive role.
Overview:
As an Account Executive specialising in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients within the industry. You will work closely with underwriters to provide tailored insurance solutions and ensure excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Real Estate sector
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
- Prepare and present client proposals and reports
- Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance account handling or a related role
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry and associated insurance needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Relevant insurance qualifications or willingness to pursue them
Day-to-day:
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements
- Liaise with underwriters to obtain competitive quotes and coverage terms
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
