The Role

• A Senior Real Estate Underwriter, based in the Midlands office
• Working with brokers up and down the country, you will be underwriting new business accounts in the Commercial / mid-market sector - whether this be Commercial or Investment portfolios for Residential properties.
• Using a uniquely developed product, that will match and in some cases better the market competition
• Use the existing BDM support network to build pipeline and extract opportunity
• Use your firm underwriting experience to write the accounts on a profitable basis.

You as a Real Estate Underwriter

• Strong Property underwriting experience - not necessarily in Real Estate. 
• A desire to focus on building the Real Estate account, and positively contribute to teams evolvement
• A desire to work with a number of broker relationships across the UK Regions
