We are working with an established Independent Insurance organisation who is looking for an Insurance Broker to deal with commercial insurance renewals, mid-term adjustments and new quotes.
The Role:
- To administer insurance portfolios in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle communications with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
- The Insurance Broker will negotiate premiums and terms with insurers
- Assist clients with new business, renewals, amendments, and claims
- Establish strong relationships with clients, influencers, and suppliers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and market trends relevant to the Insurance Broker role
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry codes of practice
- Understand and meet customer requirements
The Required Skills:
- Previous experience within insurance is essential, ideally within commercial insurance.
- A good understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
- Cert CII qualification would be desirable
- Ability to work within a team and individually
- Experience of the Acturis Insurance system will be an advantage, but not essentia
