An excellent opportunity has arisen with a national insurance broker who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Account Handler to join their Corporate Team in London. This is a key role focused on supporting large and complex clients, providing high-level technical broking and client service support.

The Role:
As a Senior Account Handler, you will work closely with Account Directors and Executives to manage a portfolio of corporate clients across a variety of industries. You'll be responsible for handling large commercial accounts, often with complex and multi-class insurance programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all servicing aspects of a portfolio of high-value corporate insurance clients
• Prepare and issue renewal documentation, mid-term adjustments, and reports
• Handle queries and policy changes promptly and accurately
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and cover
• Support client meetings and assist in delivering renewal strategies
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the overall team's success

Requirements:

• Strong experience in commercial or corporate insurance broking
• A solid understanding of UK insurance markets and multi-line products
• Excellent organisational and client management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and broking systems
• Cert CII qualification is desirable but not essential
