  • Ensuring compliance with FCA standards and company procedures

  • Delivering exceptional service to maintain and strengthen client relationships

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a commercial or corporate insurance handling role

  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial products such as property, liability, motor fleet, D&O, and combined covers

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage complex accounts with accuracy and professionalism

  • Experience using Acturis (desirable but not essential)

  • Cert CII qualified or working towards (preferred)

What's on Offer:

  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

  • Generous benefits package including pension, private healthcare, and life assurance

  • Hybrid working - flexibility to split time between home and office

  • Full funding and support for professional development and CII qualifications

  • Modern offices with a collaborative and inclusive culture

  • Clear career progression opportunities as the business continues to grow
