Are you an experienced insurance leader looking to take ownership of a region and make a real impact? Our client, a growing and dynamic MGA operating across the UK commercial insurance market, is seeking a Regional Director to spearhead growth and performance across the East Anglia region.

About the Role

As Regional Director, you'll be responsible for driving the strategic and commercial success of the region. You'll play a key role in developing relationships with insurance brokers, sourcing new business opportunities, and ensuring profitable growth across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the East Anglia region in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective insurance brokers.
• Source and convert new commercial insurance opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Manage the regional P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to deliver first-class service.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to regional staff.

About You:

• Proven track record in commercial insurance, ideally within an MGA or insurer environment.
• Strong broker network and relationship management skills.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on business development capability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
