This is a key leadership appointment within a national insurance broker with ambitious growth plans across the UK. As Regional Sales Director for the North East, you'll take ownership of an already successful region - leading a team of talented Development Executives and a well-established Lead Generation function.
This isn't a "hands-off" management role. You'll set the strategy, inspire the team, and remain actively involved in winning new business with mid-corporate and commercial clients.
The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of Development and Sales Executives.
- Drive regional growth through a blend of personal business generation and coaching excellence.
- Work closely with marketing, lead generation, and broking colleagues to maximise opportunity.
- Represent the business at senior level - shaping client strategy, developing partnerships, and ensuring delivery against ambitious growth targets.
- Build a strong presence across the North East market, acting as a visible ambassador for the brand.

- Proven experience leading sales or development teams within commercial insurance broking.

- Strong track record of winning and retaining new business at a senior level.
